We want you (and your pet) to be completely happy with your order. If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle refunds, returns, and replacements.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- You received the wrong item
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items labeled as “final sale”
- Opened pet food or grooming products (for hygiene reasons)
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@awwpet.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
- A short description of the problem
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label (if eligible).
- We’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Refunds will exclude original shipping charges unless the error was on our end.
4. Replacements
If your product was damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to send a free replacement instead of issuing a refund.
Just let us know which option you prefer.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your payment provider
- Then email us at support@awwpet.com if it’s still unresolved
We’ll sort it out.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they’re shipped. If your order has already been processed, you’ll need to go through the return process once it arrives.
7. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Email us and we’ll help you exchange it—if the item is still in stock.
